It seems to me that my 3♠ bid should show a weaker hand than shown by the other South's 4♠ bid, but those two bids have exactly the same description. Did GIB consider my bid to be forcing or invitational?

It was changed in the current version v25.

Meaning of 3♠ raise is - -- 2- ♣; 3-5 ♦; 3-4 ♥; 4 ♠; 12-14 total points
