Very easy 4♥. You are even vul at imps. If one of my hearts was in a black suit I would try an invite, but that's a major difference.

If you're sure partner has four hearts or a singleton for the raise, then bidding 4♥ now seems clear. If partner will raise on 3-card support with a side doubleton pretty often, I would try an invite.

4H for me too. Partner has diamond shortage often in this auction anyway (well, not that often if you open 1C with all balanced hands, but generally speaking...)

Yes, partner will have 4 or 3 + a stiff.
Costly error for me.
