Double of 1NT says 4+♥.
So 2♥ call here is taken by GIB as GF with spades and diamonds support.

(1) What, if anything, does the redouble show? Its description is exactly the same as the 1♠ bid, as if no additional information has been provided by the redouble.
(2) The description of 2♣ is nonsense. (a) Even with a 0 points, wouldn't you show a preference for one of partner's suits? (b) As is demonstrated by this hand, you certainly might not have 4 of that suit.
