LHO leads ♥A and continues ♥K. I ruffed and hooked the ♣J which lost. LHO returned a club; I won in hand and ruffed another heart, RHO playing the queen. At this point, how likely is it that LHO has the ♠Q? Is it reasonable to try to drop it offside?

we should probably play one round of trumps before going for a club finesse

if we play to the A♠, we can play the 10♦, and cover if W plays the queen, letting us locate the diamond honors

we should all ready figure E for at least one heart honor, so this will make it easier for us to guess where the queen of spades is based on based on the expected point ranges of the 1h overcall and 2 heart response

W may even return a club if he wins the diamond

My first instinct was to just play a low diamond from table at trick two.

Having looked at this again, I still like it. East is unlikely to rise the the occasion.
