2. Should you have a diifferent agreement if partner opens the bidding and you pass RHO's 2-level overcall ? e.g.

I think scrambling is best if you have max x points, Lebensohl otherwise.
x to be set...I would say 8.

We just had a thread about this. Based on ideas presented there, we arrived at 2N as scrambling or just weak with the suit just lower ranking to the preempted suit. Bidding the lower ranking preempted suit directly is then invitational. So it's a mix of Scrambling and Lebensohl
