cue with both majors after takeout double

Unlike previous complaint where it cues instead of just bidding a major with 5-3 in the majors, now with 4-4 it jumps instead of cue-bidding ...
cue should be either both majors around this strength or stronger (plan to raise partner's 2M which should be 1rf), or various strong hands.

Absolutely agree with that assessment of how the cue-bid should be used.
