Without discussion non forcing.
With my regular partners forcing because I sacrificed my 2 NT rebid to show non forcing hands.

Just competitive, in both cases. With a good hand, you start with double.

Maybe you should play transfers here?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

NF of course.
2nt as hand with 6 hearts sounds interesting. 2nt as comp hand sounds bad, you want to show your suit before they bid 3s if you're weak.

This for me (although we put the good hands through 2N in denominations other than clubs)
