If GIB plays 2 over 2 overcalls as non forcing - that would better be added to its system explanation explicitly....Also, even if its constructive nf, I would not pass 2!h.

Currently for GIB if uncontested new suit at 2nd level seems limited 9-13TP although not limited in explanation.
With 14+/12+ it will jump to 3rd level/it will just bid if 3rd level comes without jump.
Pinned for improvement, but morel likely in the other update. Forthcoming is almost closed and ready.
