A suggestion to save bandwith Save profiles locally

As people do not tend to change their profile every day a way to save bandwidth is to give users the option to save all profiles offline. Profiles that are changed get a time flag so the software will know to download them.

I know this will cost people a couple of MB on their hard disk but now we can help BBO run faster! To secure privacy the saved profiles can be encrypted or something.

We toyed with doing this is 393 but decided to hold off until we think this through. It is a good idea, and i can't see how we will avoid this in the future.
