This auction was repeated five times. At all other tables, South declined to overcall East's 1D opener, and EW reached 3NT. No GIBs were close to bidding the cold slam, but 2D just seems a bit pathetic.

There was a bug in the minor rebids which did not present in major opening and rebid i.e. p-p-p-1♥-1♠-p-p-2♥/3♥. 2♥/3♥ promises 6+ in the opening and respectively 15+ and 20-22TP. Similar for minors. In the upper hand, the bid used to promise just 4+ and 12-22TP.

Fixed for the next update, also the cases where RHO is the balanced side after two passes.
