It is very likely that BBO will cover the Young Chelsea 24 hour marathon.
It takes place in Earls Court and runs from 14:00 Saturday until 14:00 Sunday.
If you are willing to volunteer please leave a message for me here or on BBO stating what times you are available to do.

Thanks,

Dean

Is this event being held earlier than normal?
I normally think of this as a January event...

Get me a plane ticket from Boston and I'd be more than happy to zip over.
Doubt that this would be cost efffective though...

In 1988 it has held in September. I wasn't so observant back then and played in it, then immediately went and did the sport-aid run.

I was also collecting sponsorship while playing at the table, so raised a fair bit of money for the starving people in Africa.

Now we have someone willing to work from 21:00 to 03:00. I am willing to work from either 12:00 to 21:00 or 03:00 to 12:00 but not both. Anyone care to help out?

The organisers of the event have informed me that it will not be covered on BBO for a number of reasons. The next one (in 18 months) will. Many thanks to those who volunteered.
