cant remember the name of this convention so cant google it. i know ive seen it mentioned here several times
anyone know the name?

Try amending 3NT as solid Major to 3NT as solid spades
with a single or void. Of course, ask/show short when slammy.
Let the namyats 4C,4D show solid hearts with bid short.
4H is a non-solid or S-short tactical bid.
