x=3s, unlimited
2s=minimum hand can be only 4s.
3d=extras, 3s and long diamonds and extras. 3d is not weak.
east cant pass with double fit.

3♦ shows extras but not this much extras. I think he should bid 3♥.

I agree that 2♠ doesn't show 5.
