I know heart lead sets 6, but no reason I can't have HK/HQ, and they may not lead a heart like they did here.

I don't think GIB should bid RKC on this hand (just cue bid), but if it's going to there ought to be some rule about not signing off missing only one key card and not the trump Q.

GIB ought to RKC in preference to a lot if its weird 5M bids, but when using RKC it can't be missing slam off one key card only.
