Pd will always bid ♥ from 2-2 or 3-3.
Anyway it is 1♠ for me for other reasons too. If they bid 2m and comes back to me i can always bid 2♥ if i am willing to take an action, without reversing. I have the majors in wrong order, it could be interesting if what i hold was 5♥+4♠. I also definetely want ♠ lead.

we have no idea how strong lho is but p is either balanced 0-10 power or has lots of clubs. Since game seems unlikely
I will choose 1S which will at least serve well as a lead director and if it seems safe will introduce hearts later.

Thanks, good advice. We came top / 18 tables with a 64% game today
