Bug in 2C - 2D - 3NT / 4NT sequences

MP free robot tournament.
GIB passed 2♣ -2♦-4NT , which is explained as 28-30hcp, but bid 6NT after 2♣ -2♦-3NT explained as 25-27hcp.

If opening 3N = balanced 25-27HCP, shouldn't 2♣-2♦-3N be something different?

Sounds like higher level bids are undefined in GIB's mind.

There was a bug after 4NT bid, fixed, so now GIB will not pass, but in the particular case bids 6NT. Which is supposedly 4-7HCP, with 8+HCP it would bid 7NT.
