Two questions re profiles:
- Does "Profile Views" record the number of times I have viewed other profiles or views of my profile? It does not seem to relate directly to either?
- Does Messenger offer to block messages from all non-Admin members?

Questions re profile

Profile Views is the number of views of your profile. It's only updated hourly, so you won't see it change immediately.
I don't think there's a way to block PMs from all non-admin members. You can ignore messages from specific users, but not everyone.
P.S. It wasn't immedately obvious to me that you were asking about the forum, not BBO, until I determined that neither version of BBO displays profile views.

Thanks for info. Sorry for mis-post. Just clumsy.
My problem with profile views is that the number increases without any change in the list of visitors. Is this due to invisible members?
On blocking: Most of my conversations are with Admin members but I sent one irate message to an ordinary member and Messenger offered to block his reply. I did not expect it to be so perceptive so thought it might automatically offer to block all non-admin members?

I think multiple views by the same visitor will increase it. Also, I think viewing it yourself may increase the view count, but you don't show up in the list of recent visitors.

I just sent you a test message (from my non-admin account, in case admins are treated specially), and I got no such offer. So I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Are you able to access my notifications on my profile? I think this would be the best way to see what I am trying to describe.

When you send or receive messages you will automatically get an option to block the sender, it appears
under the participants list on the left of the screen. Is this what you are referring to?
I don't think the software is smart enough to know that you are having a spat with another bbf member,
it offers to block everyone
You cannot block Admin users.

I see what you're talking about. I thought you meant the offer to block was given as you were sending the message. Now I see it on the conversation page.
