You make 3rd best lead from 4-card suit, you get on lead and want to continue this suit, which card should you lead?

In general, I'd lead the lowest. That clarifies that you have 4 (or very unlikely 6 or 2) in the suit. If you lead a higher card, it might be unclear if you started with only 3. Obviously it can change if certain cards are needed to be played (like high cards through dummy) or you want to try and trick declarer as to your length.

If that is the case, what's the problem in the following defense?


The bidding is natural, not sure about why N bid after p decline GT but anyway they are in game.

On trick 3 W led a spade, thought p has 32 and another trump

Also west shouldn't play north to hold 4 spades on this auction if the bids are natural.
