restart a game

Maybe it should be useful restart the hand when a player enter in a table and the hand has already begun and the new enter player isn t the dummy

The players can cancel such a hand by agreement. Any player can make the request by pushing the "redeal" button. If the other players accept, the hand vanishes and a new one is dealt.

They did the automatic redeal a year or two ago. Everyone hated it, so it was turned off.
