Establishing Ladders Information Needed

Due to different time zones and schedules, the attempts to get some team matches started has not met with success. I am aware of Ladder matches so that one team can make arrangements to play another Ladder team member. I am wondering if this is a viable option for the BIL.

There is a wonderful team match (with ladder) organised by BBO Poland

The team captain arrange the match time among themselves.

Global ladders do work but they take a lot of effort. We have a team in the Polish BBO Teams and even with ten people in the team we often struggle to find four when arranging a match. I had the same experience in the OKB league where I ran a team for four years - even with 17 global team members finding dates was tough!
I sometimes wonder if it would be a better idea to set a specific time and place and arrange team matches out of those who can show up. For example, Sunday evenings has proved popular with at least one of the other online clubs, especially if "evening" is accessible by more than one geographical zone. The Total Points Club on BBO is perhaps an example of this type of approach.
You just need to find a friendly group of TDs/coordinators who can assist the BIL members to run it.
Cheers
