How download picture?

Hi can someone tell me how to download a picture that shows on ur post?(not neeseserely a picture but a drawing or somethin)
i try but then i get the message that the board aminiatsrator dont allow this, and i asked ben and he said there was a other way but not sure how, can someone help me?

Ckick on your name, look for "Avatar options", you can upload an image there, or give an URL.
