If GIB considers this strong enough to GF (marginal, possibly right if no neg double available), I think stayman 3h cue bid should take precedence over forcing 3m bids, how else is it going to find 4-4 spades?
No make on this, but at least it rates to goes down 2 instead of 5, and on some other hand it's going to be game vs. not game.

I saw some other robots in the field stayman, perhaps the older PC client?

personally I only bid 3m forcing here when:
- no 4 cd other major (cue, or 2nt then cue as appropriate)
- not H stop for 2nt followed by 3nt
- strong enough or distributional enough to want to consider 5m/6m, in preference to just bidding 3nt asking partner to pass w/ stopper.

Lebensohl 3 minor had some issues causing opener 1NT not to give appropriate calls.

They were fixed in next update.

So based on the changes, GIB would bid 3 with the showed hand.
