Why only 2nt? 13 solid, short Q in partner's rebid suit, T of heart for likely double stop?
Why is 13 hcp allowed in 2nt, should be more like 10+-12-?

Right, the consistent is 10-12HCP as similar to without 1♥ overcall auction.

There would be fix in new update.
