Would it be possible to clearly show a difference between tourneys which allow kibbers and tourneys which don't allow them? Perhaps by use of an icon like the payed tourneys?

Also, if a player is in such tourney where you're not allowed to kibbitz, would it be possible to get a not like "kibbitzing is not allowed" when we move our mouse over that person's name (a bit like the "private chat is not allowed" thingy)?
