3♠ - I hate 2♠. I would be tempted to bid 4♠ if you switch the red suits.

2nd seat this is an easy pass. First seat it is boarderline 3♠ opener, I would probably open it 3♠, but don't think my partner would be surprised if I passed this one in first seat.

2♠ in 3rd, otherwise pass.
you have hearts so you don't need to go wild pre-empting - 1) the opps are unlikely to be bidding 4 hearts and 5m requires a lot of tricks 2) your hand has a lot of potential for p if hearts are trumps.
3♠ often bounces the opps into a thin 3nt, which on this hand i wouldn't be very happy about. ok stuff's breaking badly, but you've got no sign of an entry.

I opened 3S The swing was created by what your opponent does with AT Axxxx AKxx AK. Teammate bid 3N and bought xxx x Txxxx xxxx. Diamonds were 3-1 so -1. Opps doubled and found 5D. WD to them.
Partner said he thinks I should have opened 2S.
