At nt contract the use of them for showing count is always high even low odd. And may one to give count during suit contract easily or not? It seems to me that giving all information is more simple with normal signal.

Like bidding systems, I think signalling systems are largely a matter of taste. More important is that you and your partner are on the same page!

I have a book on defence which recommends UDCA (upside down count and attitude) - I'm not at all familiar with Roman signals to judge whether UDCA is better or worse, but if you prefer standard-type signals because they're simpler, why not go with those.
