Free MP-pairs.
Sometimes GIB risks slam for an overtrick.
Here GIB won't take 12 tricks with diamond finesse.
Is this a bug ?

And the defence is unable to count that holding hearts is pointless-clearly you need to keep diamonds.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying. Do you think GIB should take a diamond finesse instead of the second club finesse? If so, why?

He's saying GIB must take the diamond finesse (very obvious when East ditches his diamonds), it doesn't matter whether GIB takes a club finesse (it doesn't take a first one as the KC drops) makes no difference- its got to lose a club.
