I don't have a decent understanding how GIB does these hand simulations. 6-2 heart breaks happen 17% of the time, with queen doubleton happening 1 out of 4 times and 7-1 splits are 2.9% with singleton queen happening 1 out of 8 times, so the queen will drop about 4 1/2% of the time. Doesn't it do enough simulations to deal a hand with the queen of hearts dropping in 2 round of hearts in which case no club finesse is needed?
If the queen of hearts doesn't drop, why doesn't GIB run all the winners and take a club finesse at trick 12 which guarantees no more than down 2. And if west has the only spade guard (why did GIB randomly play the 9 of spades at trick 1, that is the spade threat against W) or the queen of hearts along with 4 clubs, there will be a showup squeeze and you can drop the queen doubleton offsides.
