BBO Hand Record Does Not Appear

I doubled 5♥ and it went down 1 but this hand does not appear in my hand records! I was playing at a table with hands every 4 minutes and there is a 10 minute gap in my hand history :( . Why?

Hands usually take only a few minutes to wrap up play at all the tables but sometimes they can take a bit longer. For instance, someone might be sitting there, not playing that hand, and the hand won't get stashed in the archives ( because it isn't complete ) until that table moves on.

Matchpoint hands, due to their unpopularity on the site, take even longer.
