Description says pre-emptive, 7+ spades, 9-HCP.
Is'nt this too good to open 4♠

GIB actually has a pretty complex procedure for deciding whether to preempt, looking at vulnerability, suit quality, side suit distribution and honors. The description shown is just a summary of a typical preempt, but they don't always match it.

I just noticed that the rule that decides whether to call the function that checks whether to preempt only kicks in if HCP < 12, so we should change the description to say 11- HCP instead of 9-.

Or maybe we should reduce the criteria to match the description. That does seem like a pretty heavy preempt.
