Robot Duplicate IMP tourney

Link to hand

The definition of 2H says it shows exactly 4 hearts?
When I bid 3H, apparently it got downgraded to 4- hearts, biddable though.
4H is then described as a cuebid. If that's the case, when why did N pass, even after it got doubled? Glad it did though.

This is a bug.

The bidding rules have a way to say "Forget what I earlier said about only 3-4 hearts", but the rule for this bid fails to use it.
