3S was not described as forcing and I could have passed.

In the event I raised to 4S and was somewhat surprised to find GIb go slamming.

Is the description of 3S wrong?

Thanks for reporting.

It's definitely bug. Explanation of 3♠ is correct.

Just picking it by GIB is not.

It will be corrected and followons improved.
