Edit: Of course, the vast majority of Souths wouldn't pass directly over 1 either...

Of course, but vulnerable opposite passed hand doubling with 4-3-3-3 shape and without significant extras is asking for trouble imo.

That hand is supposedly not-passable twice in this auction. Unfortunately it can't be replicated. GIB always find something to bid.

Weird, GIB passed just on one table from four where the South passed.



vulnerability makes no difference.



I tried several times and GIB always doubled. Ignore the double i gave, but i needed some close bid to export the game here.

So that pass looks like rare occasion.
