I wouldn't bid 6NT - with only 30 points maximum between the two hands, I'd want more than a 5-card suit to be sure there will be enough tricks in no-trumps. In most matchplay events just getting to a marginal but makeable slam will be a decent score.

A quick look tells me

1-4-3 clubs
2-Q coming or 2-2
3-Diamond finesse

In 6 NT you need 2 of those to happen

In 6 you need only 1 of those to happen

So final contract is fine.

You seem to be in the optimum contract. Stay there.

In 6 you also have the chance for QJx in spades.

Only better thing than 6H from south would be 6H from north.

I wanna ruff my club(s) in dummy, thanks. Needs to be a very obvious slam for starting to think about decreasing your chances to improve your score.
