Assuming it makes any sense to pull the double of 4♠, why 5♥? And when I bid 6♣, why in the world would the robot bid 6♠? 6♣ can actually make if you guess well. I was lucky to go down only one in 6♠.

The explanation of 4♠ makes no sense after a Michaels call. And if 5♥ is a slam try, why not just redouble 4♠?

It helps to read the explanations. North wasn't pulling the double, it was making a slam try (and was assuming the opponents were pulling), and then when you bid 6C, it took it as a cuebid. Stupid methods I know....

On another note, why on earth did East play the king at trick 3...

West doesn't think that, the book bid is 3♥, but some simulations said that 2♠ would work better.

Was this an IMP tourney? Most of my MP simulations stick with the book bid, there was just one 2♠ and 1 Pass. But at IMPs it's about evenly split between all 3 bids.
