This is a fundamental failure that occurs frequently and so is a high priority fix.

It don't why you call it that. Its a failure to set up a suit by defence.

Why declarer can't have ♣KJ62?

East still can have ♣AT and to play like that.

So having ♣75 (Declarer left with K6) might decide not risk to continue. Does it look like crucial mistake?

Even if this is high priority, it's also extremely hard to fix. There are no rules for GIB's defense, and there's no "understanding" of why partner is playing a certain way, it's all done by simulations.

While it's often correct to keep playing a suit partner has led, it's not a hard and fast rule. So I wouldn't want to program this into the code without some way for it to figure out if it's right.
