Partner is marked with a few points, yet didn't bid. Partner is also marked with 4-5 spades which is not good news for us.
If the hearts are split, or RHO has the T, we have a good chance of setting up this suit. When partner has a singleton heart, they might lead something else.
I think bidding will lead to -200 too often even if they don't x and -100 could be poor if we can hold 1N to 1.
Winner - BBO Challenge bracket #6 - February, 2017.

My suspicion is that they rate to go down and that the successful mp player doubles on frequency reasoning. I confess I'd pass, while mentally assailing myself as a chicken.
Note that I think double is penalty oriented here. I think that to be more useful than catering to some 4=5 major suit hand that chose to overcall 1♥, but I may be in a minority. Partner has rights....I won't have a stiff anywhere (at least, not one I noticed)

And , additionally, double from me here , would imply ♠s or at least ♠ tolerance , perhaps 4513 , or 3523, or 4522 , rather than a random extra queen.

But double is only neccesary when they make exactly 6 tricks, on 2 down is overkill and on 7+ tricks its a disaster. I´d e more inclined to double if they are not vulnerable. Still I think I will just pass.
