MPs scoring. opps playing acol, with LHO guaranteeing 4D and 5+C. What's your lead?

Club. Sorry partner if that was devastatingly wrong.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

K.
I don't consider pd's double to be of the Lightner variety, because their 7 sounds more like a save (over 6 which was presumably bid to make) rather than a freely bid effort.

hearts will be good unless its a ruff and discard. But ruff and discard is likelly enough to dismiss it. I go for the passive K.

Partner doubling 1C with 10 hearts is likely enough... ?

This is just an extremely bizarre hand with them being r/w lol. I would think for a very long time, that's for sure :)

If opps lack club ace, it won't vanish. The ace of hearts might easily be ruffed. Trump is lol, so spade.

If LHO managed to bluff me with

Approximate hands above (ignoring changed pips). I was the 7D bidder at the table. In reality, it didn't get doubled so I was destined for a top anyway, but LHO led a heart which allowed me to get out for -1. No-one else got to slam with the EW cards, so doubled -2 would have been a second top for them (losing to a 5Hx+1).

It would have been interesting to have East on lead vs 7C too :)
