In Robot World, clicking on "About" gets you a somewhat lengthy description of Robot tournaments. The fourth paragraph says:

When you are playing in a Robot Tournament, your current score and ranking will be displayed at the bottom left of the bridge table display. The highest-ranking players and there {sic} scores will be displayed to the right of the bridge table. As such, you always know where you stand in one of our Robot Tournaments and this knowledge might have an impact on your strategy.
This is true in Free Robot Race and Free Robot Bingo, but not in Free Robot Duplicate. Is it the same in the pay tournaments?
