Another from Irish junior trials.

IMPs scoring. The hand isn't within the partnership's opening criteria so you pass, now partner decides to overcall 2H, what do you do?

Is there any other bid except than 2 ? 2/1 overcalls are usually 6 carder but even if it is not, we cant bid NT. Kx is good support especially when our other options are flawed worse. Pass is out of question.

Yeah, 2S. Other option is 3H but the hand is too good.

2 as we have almost an opener and would seem to strong for a simple raise.
