Need some help logging in

Hello everybody!
I'm trying to play Bridge on BBO at work / :) /
The computer is corporate. Browser: Google Chrome. I've tried other browsers, but I can't install Adobe Flash Player (no administrative privileges on the computer).
When I write my login name and password, it says: "connecting... please wait", then it says "connection lost".
I've tried everything: allowing pop-ups, tagging bridgebase.com as allowed program, etc. The message is the same every time: "connection lost".
Can anybody give me a hint?
