Hands and Results - Recent Tournaments - should show the
rank as 2 numbers. This would match the value Overall on
the single tournament results page. Thus rather than
showing just rank 5, -- show 5/6 or 5/200, or whatever.

If you are referring to the leaderboard in myhands, it does display the number of tables in the header

Yes, you can find out how many entries were in each tournament by clicking on the Results link (to see the leaderboard), but he's suggesting that this should be incorporated into the table of his results.
He appears to also suggesting that the table should show overall results, not section results.
