I second Justin's general point about not understanding Polish CLub enough to comment directly. But, I would add a general observation.
5-6 canape hands with sufficient strength for the all-purpose strong opening, whether 1♣, 2♣, or otherwise, are incredibly difficult to bid. If the strength is below the all-purpose bid, it is tough enough, usually requiring three calls to complete the message, but adding a fourth call creates a virtual nightmare. However, the call occurs sufficiently frequently to perhaps merit a specialized tool.
Whether that tool is an immediate leap to 4♣ (probably best here as a splinter) or a delayed jump after some sort of relay is unclear. However, what I don't get is how 2♥ can be big with hearts, 2♦ big with tolerance, but no call available for big with clubs or some other big call. This seems like a system hole.
Ifg the hole is plugged by allowing 2♥ to be a canape call, as with this pattern, the strength seems sufficient (forget dumb HCP's); you just need an unwind, and nothing is stated as a possible unwind.
