1) Does anyone else share this experience? When I read a post that I think is interesting or makes a good point well and I notice it has been upvoted, then at least 95% of the time I can predict it will have been recommended by helene_t even before I check to see. (Conversely, if I think it's a pretty random post that has been recommended, I can be sure it hasn't been voted up by helene - and I can have a pretty good guess about who has up-voted it.....)
2) Following on from the above, is there a way to change my settings so that I only see posts recommended by helene??? This could save me quite a bit of time....

Interesting observation but I can't say I share that experience. Once I saw a completely idiotic post and asked myself "which idiot has upvoted this one?". So I clicked the green counter and saw it had been upvoted by ... myself.

LOL. But that would completely undermine WellSpyder's Law since it would no longer be the case that posts upvoted by Helene would necessarily be worth reading! (Indeed, it had already occurred to me that I could guess who might have upvoted the OP, so my "rule" was already starting to break down....)
More seriously, it's my impression that the upvoting system is settling down after a rather uncertain start, and that Helene's willingness to recommend posts that are intelligent without necessarily being witty is a helpful contribution to that.

Helene seems very nice, so I'm sure this is just an honest/humble post, but it comes off as an awesome thinly-veiled insult!

I'd love it if you would let me share some of that retsina.
