According to the step-by-step "BBO Advanced 1.3" convention card:
1♣-2♣-2N shows 12-14 balanced, and
1♣-2♣-3N shows 18-19 balanced.

I think GIB's bidding system should be modified to adopt this agreement; it's not useful for the 2N rebid to be described as 11-21 HCP.

Obviously GIB doesn't believe it 11-21 HCP, it must be a typo meant to be 11-12 HCP. What's the other bid response options?

Alternatives to 2N included:
2♥: 3+C; partial stop in H; 15-22 total points
2♠: 3+C; partial stop in S; 15-22 total points
3♣: 4+C; 11-21 HCP; 12-22 total points

It seems there is a glitch in the explanation, it will be adjusted.
