People replying this with their own methods, if so we would bid 2♥ at the first place showing 9-11 6 card.
If you are expecting more standart method, i would bid 3♥ over pd's 1♠ and 4♥ over 1NT at teams.

1a. Thoughest decision. I think I'd go with 2H.
1b. If he hides spades, he's 5-4. So 3C.
2. That's easy: 7-loser hand, so 4H.
I'm assuming 4SF is game forcing here. Otherwise I have an easy 2D bid in cases 1.
