I think my options are 4s now or make a short suit game try in h.

I will try and involve pard and make a game try in h.

Correct.
Either 3S as a random game try, or just 4S. As we aren't allowed to know the vulnerability or form of scoring, that'll do.
Vulnerable at aggregate, 4S.
Matchpoints probably a game try, but I bet my regular partner would just bid game.

It is auto 4 for me in any scoring method.

I bid 3. Pard bid 3N and didn't have the stones to check it and bid 4. Pard had Jxx AKQx Kxx Txx (2? really?).

RHO said he wasn't finding the club lead from Q Jxxx AQTxx AKx.
