I replied because I didn't understand what you were posting, since you just posted a hand with no comment or question.
Maybe you should have posted it in one of the other threads that's already discussing the topic, then there would have been context.
Note that there's a big difference between this auction and the ones that are in the other threads: the 4NT bid was by responder, not opener. The problem hands are after 2NT openings (or 2♣ followed by 2NT rebid), where the shortness is shown on the 4 level. When opener then tries to show that the suit is well controlled by bidding NT, GIB interprets that as RKC.
