Some Souths opened 2♣, one 1♦ and they got to 6♦
Why GIB passes as North with such good support.
I thought 3♦ is forcing unless N has really bad hand without ♣ or ♦ support.

sure seems like north owes a bid!
south reversed showing some type of 5-6 hand I would assume, even at worse
a raise to 4♦ is called for.
You can take a way the A♠ and K♥ and game i minors would make, granted giving those cards to
E-W they would probably bid on but they didnt.

Look at the explanation of your 3♦ call. It says "5+C; 11-21 HCP; 3-card C; rebiddable D; 12-22 HCP."

Clearly, GIB is confused by the 3♦ call. It is also quite clear that GIB does not recognize 3♦ as a power call.

Maybe you have to bid 4♦. :)

I think thats the problem...people keep, well expecting normal bids that you learns sometimes in basic classes to be understood without having to check out every bid before you click on them! Every time i try to look in advance, bad things happen like misclicking, I guess sometimes I can hover over a bid and nothing happens...nrext thing I know I have passed partners 2♣ opening...yes this did happen

OP is not a complaint about having gotten a bad board, which might have been avoided by jumping to 4♦; OP is a suggestion that the explanation of 3♦ should be different than it is.
