I'm not sure whether I'm disagreeing with the bids as made or the descriptions provided, but something doesn't match.

The first 5 bids are all straight-forward, I think.
3♥ invitational -- ok, maybe this was pushy, but I liked my ♦ position.
4♣ = 13+ total points. Either West shouldn't make this bid with this hand, or the description should be changed.
4♥ = 3+H; 6-10 total points = exactly the same description as for 2♥. North wouldn't pass with a minimum?
4♠ = Ugh. If pass here doesn't show this hand, what hand would it be?

I doubt that complex competitive auctions like this are in the bidding database, it must be using simulations. So there's no place to get accurate descriptions from.

Probably the right fix is for GIB not to provide descriptions when it uses simulations.

I don't think in real bridge exists something like "hesitating alert" which you issue by yourself showing your opponents or partner, that you're improvising.

The call should be explained with the meaning which partner would be aware of. Although could be wrong.

Especially if sometimes that could be very obvious CC's call.

However, GIB simulation could be navigated where and when, but you can't expect they to hint for that. You must accept that explanation as normally. If it's not normally and highly deviated from the expectations, that would be bug, but otherwise is part of the game, including real bridge where humans improvise and "simulate" very often. You can't bear billions of auctions in say 100 or 1000 pages.

Stephen Pickets BridgeBrowser addon GibBrowser has a tool that lets you look at what the GIB analysis is but have never played with it, and wouldnt help here as BBO has done their own thing with GIB.
so even though with commercial GIB are left out in the dark, it would be nice if there was a way to update what BBO does with their GIB bots and help impelement them back to the actual GIB commercial program, but maybe it has to do with $$$.
